Welcome to The Terminal, the vendor hub for the Hostlers Model Railroad Club! If you sell model train gear, railroad collectibles, crafts, or other goods, this is where you can jump on our vendor contact list for our two main shows each year:

• Hostlers Model Railroad Festival (March) – Our big annual event at the Historic Ogden Union Station. It’s one of the largest and longest-running model train shows in the Intermountain West, bringing in huge crowds of collectors, modelers, and families.

• Evanston Roundhouse Train Show (August) – Held right inside the historic Union Pacific Roundhouse in Evanston, Wyoming. It’s a great, unique setting in a genuine railroad venue for dedicated railfans and local attendees.

How Vendor Space Works

Just a heads-up: Filling out the form below gets your business into our vendor system - it does not reserve or guarantee tables.

Here is how our setup process works:

• First-Come, First-Served: When vendor registration officially opens for an upcoming show, we send an email blast out to everyone on this list with reservation instructions. Tables are assigned strictly in the order paid registrations come in.

• Train & Railroad Vendors: Most of our floor space is set aside for model railroading supplies, train collectibles, scenery tools, scale structures, and rail history items.

• Non-Train Vendors (Limited Spots): We do accept a small number of non-train vendors (toys, jewelry, Scentsy, handmade crafts, etc.). However, to keep the show focused on the hobby and give every seller a fair shot, non-train booth spots are strictly capped per event.
